This morning, after they had been fed by the mule delivering their feed, I went driving through all the thirty acres. This caused quite a stir with the cows as they didn't understand why they weren't getting more food. It took them almost an hour to calm back down. I'm not going to start driving the mule daily around the thirty acres to get them used to it, they'll just have to get upset when I do.
Everyone is doing great as we head into the Christmas week. I'm baking, cooking, and wrapping my way to the day. My special joy though is cuddling a different puppy on the couch each night for a little bit all by themselves. Scout got the first time last night and he loved it.
