What really concerns us about the heat, is the dryness. If anyone follows the Texas news, wildfires are cropping up everywhere. There's a big one in Fredericksburg right now (about 90 minutes from us) and we're getting their smoke in the skies. One fire got started from a glass bottle magnifying the sun's rays on the dry grass. We need rain!
I even left the animals alone today other than a quick pet for each of them. We're all too hot to have fun, and that's really just a shame. Here's hoping this month goes by extremely quickly!
